Depression is a serious matter. Not only that, it is one that often goes unnoticed by friends and family. People who suffer from depression are more than likely to avoid getting help. Why? Because they fear being judged by those who are supposed to love them. Mental disorders affect every 1 in 4 people. Its time we start taking it serious.
