Numero Dos Tattoo.

I must say that tonight was almost not as great as I had imagined. On April 21, 2014, I was supposed to get my second tattoo. It was supposed to be of my brother's birth-date in roman numerals. However, I ended up falling asleep before the tattoo artist could text me to say he was ready; therefore, i missed out on getting the tattoo at that point. To be honest, I was freaking nervous about the pain.. My first tattoo I barely remember because I fell asleep during the outline and woke up to it being finished. That was 5 years ago on May 28th. Well as for tattoo #2, I'm writing this directly after coming home from getting it. At 11 PM, my friend and I showed up at the tattoo shop and met with the artist I wanted a tattoo by. We spent the first 20 minutes trying to get the angle of the tattoo right before beginning the process. During the process, I was nervous I would cry but that didn't happen AT ALL. Instead of crying, I blankly stared at the wall and listened to the music, occasionally giggling at my friend and the artist. I must say the needle gave me a rush. When he pressed down into my skin, it felt like a pen being scrapped into my skin to create a pen drawing. When he took a second break to dip the needle into the ink again, my body shook as if it missed the needle or I was relieving fear. When he began to press the needle down again, my body would slightly cringe up and I was back to staring blankly at the wall. It took about 30 mins to complete the tattoo. We left the shop at exactly 12 AM. My long day caused me to be delusional. So I'm so happy my friend was there to help as support because I was losing it. Although this tattoo was meant to be done on April 24th in honor of my little brother's 13th birthday, I can settle for getting it one day later due to weird events. It did not hurt at all. Just felt a pinch here and there but nothing too bad.... yet I want that rush again. Rawr.

Happy 13th Birthday Tommy ♥ I'm celebrating your life.. forever
